Shipping Policy
We offer few delivery options because we want to offer you the most secure service regarding the delivery of your package. We work almost exclusively with La Poste - France, and its international services. All our shipments are accompanied by insurance against loss, theft, and destruction of your package, with ad valorem compensation (up to €1000).
The tracking number will be automatically communicated to you at the time of dispatch.
For our packaging, we favor the use of cardboard, bubble wrap, kraft paper, etc. that are reused. It is therefore not uncommon to receive our products in boxes from other brands, or boxes that have been recut and reassembled by us.
We prioritize ecology and safety before aesthetics!
Don't forget, we are craftsmen before being traders, so our delivery times are a little longer than the French average.
Also, our local post office being a small provincial post office, it is neither open every day nor all day. We cannot go there whenever we want!
Exchange and refund policy, right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is not personalized or made to measure.
Personalized or custom-made products do not benefit from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code. Consequently, once the order has been validated, the customer cannot cancel the order or return a custom-made product.
The customer can exercise his right of withdrawal by contacting us by email at atelier.lunecramoisie@gmail.com or by sending a registered letter to the company address mentioned in the legal notices. Returned products must be in their original condition and unused. In the event of an infringement being found, any claim to a refund is automatically void. In this case, La Lune Cramoisie will offer the customer to repay the shipping costs to recover their product. In the event of refusal, La Lune Cramoisie reserves the right to keep the product without making a refund.
In the event of a delivery delay, we will do our utmost to inform the customer as soon as possible and find a solution. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers, weather conditions, etc.).
The customer must check the condition of the products upon receipt. In case of damaged or defective product, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report the problem and request a replacement or refund. Proof will be requested.
